Your common questions

Is my Excel data compatible?

Yes. We accept any format: Excel, Google Sheets, Numbers, CSV. We give you a template to fill in, or we clean it up together on a video call.

My teachers aren't tech-savvy, will it work?

It's our obsession. The interface has been tested with teachers aged 25 to 70. If one of your teachers still isn't autonomous after the 1-hour live training, the 30-day WhatsApp support takes over.

What about cards in progress?

Each student's remaining credits are imported as-is. Your students continue their cards, new ones are created in DANZ. Zero loss.

How much does this hands-on support cost?

The audit is free. The full package (guided data import, 1 hour of live training, 30 days of WhatsApp support) is part of the DANZ Starter plan: €199 one-off, then €49/month excl. VAT, no commitment. Migration is included up to 200 students; beyond that, a supplement per block of 50 students, quoted before launch. Prefer to do everything yourself? DANZ Solo stays at €49/month excl. VAT.
