If you upgrade to a more expensive plan mid-month, only the difference is billed for the current month — no complicated daily pro-rata.
Example: on 10 October you move from Solo (€49) to Concierge (€149) → you pay the €100 difference and you are on Concierge until 31 October. From November, the full €149/month. See the Terms, art. 5.4 for full details.

It depends on the plan. On DANZ Solo (€49/month excl. VAT) there is no setup fee: you configure everything yourself with the documentation and live demo. On DANZ Starter, the €199 one-off fee covers full installation and activation, Stripe or Mollie configuration, timetable and membership encoding, Excel migration up to 200 students, 1 hour of live training and 30 days of WhatsApp support. On DANZ Concierge (€149/month excl. VAT), there is no setup fee: we run it for you.
The price of your plan does not change (€49/month on DANZ Solo). No limit on students, teachers, classes or bookings.
DANZ takes no commission. Only the payment gateway (Stripe, Mollie...) charges its standard fee (about 1.4% + €0.25), as everywhere. You keep 100% of what is owed to your school.
Yes, for DANZ Solo and DANZ Starter: no commitment, cancel monthly, no fees and no questions asked. DANZ Concierge is a quarterly plan: a 3-month initial term, then renewal in 3-month periods, with 30 days' notice before the end of the quarter. Your data stays exportable so you can leave smoothly.
For the first 30 days, if DANZ is not right for you, we refund the month in full. No conditions, no questions.
