DANZ Concierge — we run DANZ for you

Any question or bit of help that takes under 15 minutes to deal with: "how do I do X?", "why isn't this working?", "help me send an email to my students". These questions are unlimited and included in the plan at no extra cost. Anything longer becomes a "task" and is deducted from your 3 hours per month.

Any hands-on job you ask us to do for you that takes more than 15 minutes: building a complete event, preparing an annual workshop, migrating a batch of data, updating the whole timetable for the new season, putting together a full email campaign. These tasks are deducted from your 3 hours per month.

Because Concierge is a real partnership. The first month is usually about setup; the second is where you find your feet; the third is where the return becomes obvious. Over 3 months you see the real value. After that, the plan simply renews every 3 months, or you move back to DANZ Solo with 30 days' notice before the end of the quarter.

Unused hours do not roll over to the following month. The plan gives you the comfort of 3 hours available every month, not 3 hours banked. If you rarely need them, DANZ Solo is probably the better fit for you.

We let you know as soon as you reach 2h30. Beyond the 3 hours, additional hours are billed at €65 per hour excl. VAT, the preferential Concierge rate set out in the Terms, art. 5.2. If you regularly need more, tell us and we will work out the right arrangement together.

Monday to Friday, 9 am to 7 pm (Belgian time). Messages sent over the weekend are handled on Monday morning. Genuine emergencies (site down, payments blocked) are handled outside those hours through a dedicated channel.

DANZ Concierge runs on a 3-month initial term that then renews every 3 months. To stop at the end of a quarter, send written notice to info@owedo.be at least 30 days before the quarter ends. If you cancel early, the remaining monthly instalments of the current quarter are still due, unless there is a legitimate reason under the Belgian Code of Economic Law (the school relocating, cessation of activity evidenced by deregistration from the CBE, force majeure). We keep a simple shared counter (a Notion page or a Google Sheet) that you can read 24/7. Every task is logged with the time spent, so you can see your usage for the current month at any moment.

Yes, at any time. Upgrade mid-month and you only pay the difference for the current month, with no complicated daily pro-rata. Example: on 10 October you move from DANZ Solo (€49) to DANZ Concierge (€149). You pay the €100 difference and are on Concierge until 31 October; from November it is the full €149/month. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current month (or of the current quarter for Concierge), with no refund. See the Terms, art. 5.4.
