No. DANZ Solo is a monthly plan with no commitment. You can cancel at any time with 30 days' written notice sent to info@owedo.be.
Yes, at any time, and you keep all your data. Upgrading to DANZ Starter is billed as a one-off €199 setup fee (excl. VAT), then €49/month as before. DANZ Concierge is a quarterly plan at €149/month excl. VAT, with a 3-month initial term that renews every 3 months.
Report it through the contact form. Critical bugs (payments, attendance) are handled within 24 business hours; everything else ships with the weekly update cycle. Human support is not guaranteed on DANZ Solo. If you want a WhatsApp line, it comes with DANZ Starter (30 days) or DANZ Concierge (unlimited).
No. No per-student fee, no commission on payments, no surcharge on events or ticketing. The only extra costs are the standard Stripe or Mollie transaction fees (for example €0.39 per Bancontact payment). Prices are excl. VAT (Belgian VAT at 21% applies). Setup done for you, live training, Excel migration and human support are not part of Solo: they belong to DANZ Starter and DANZ Concierge.
The documentation and the 24/7 demo account cover every module. If you would rather hand it over, switch to DANZ Concierge (€149/month excl. VAT): unlimited WhatsApp for short questions and 3 hours of delegated admin tasks every month.
Yes. The online demo at demo.danz.be/demo/ is open 24/7 with a preconfigured demo account. You can test every feature before committing.
Yes, at any time. Upgrade mid-month and you only pay the difference for the current month, with no complicated daily pro-rata. Example: on 10 October you move from DANZ Solo (€49) to DANZ Concierge (€149). You pay the €100 difference and are on Concierge until 31 October; from November it is the full €149/month. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current month (or of the current quarter for Concierge), with no refund. See the Terms, art. 5.4.
