DANZ Starter — we set up DANZ for you, turnkey

Around 5 to 7 working days from your order. We schedule a first phone call to scope things out, then we encode your timetable and memberships. The 1-hour live training takes place at the end of the setup, once everything is ready.

You send us your Excel file (names, emails, any history). We clean it, normalise it and import it into DANZ. Every student keeps their history and payments. Up to 200 students are included in the plan.

You carry on with DANZ Solo at €49/month excl. VAT (self-service). If you want ongoing support and delegated tasks, you can switch to DANZ Concierge at €149/month excl. VAT (quarterly plan, 3-month initial term).

By default over video call (Zoom, Google Meet, WhatsApp video). On request and at no extra cost, the training can take place in person in Charleroi. Travel to your school (Brussels, Namur, Liège…) is possible at €65 per hour of travel time plus mileage.

No. The €199 Starter fee is billed once, at the start. After that, DANZ Solo at €49/month excl. VAT is commitment-free and can be cancelled at any time.

We handle the extra at a preferential rate of €25 per additional block of 50 students. You get a quote before we start — no surprises.

Yes. You choose during setup based on your profile (heavy Bancontact use? international clientele?). We configure the chosen gateway with your API keys. You can switch later (we then charge €45 for the technical switch).

Yes, anytime. If you upgrade to a more expensive plan mid-month, you only pay the difference for the current month — no complicated daily pro-rata. Example: on 10 October you move from DANZ Solo (€49) to DANZ Concierge (€149). You pay the €100 difference and are on Concierge until 31 October. From November, it's the full €149/month. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current month (or quarter for DANZ Concierge), with no refund. See our Terms, art. 5.4.
