How to start in 5 steps

  1. Log in to your admin (admin.your-school.danz.be).
  2. Import your students via the CSV template (or add manually).
  3. Build your schedule: recurring classes by studio/teacher/style.
  4. Configure cards: 5/10/20-class packs or unlimited pass.
  5. Add teachers with their hourly rates.

  2. Scan the student's QR code (front or back camera).
  3. Validation in 2 seconds: attendance + credit + history.
  4. Undo a scan: possible for 30 seconds after.
  5. Offline mode: scans queued and synced when reconnected.

  2. Sell a card: Student › Cards › Top up.

  5. Promo codes: generate with expiry date and usage limit.

About 2h for basic configuration, half a day for student import + schedule. You'll be supported all along.

Download the CSV template from admin, copy-paste your data, re-upload. The system handles duplicates and errors gracefully.

It needs internet to validate attendance in real time. If your connection drops, scans are queued and synced when connection is back.

No. Everything works through their web browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox...). They can add your site to their home screen for an app-like shortcut.

All your data is exportable as CSV/PDF. You have 60 days to download what you need before final deletion.
